Ordering and Delivery
How does it work?
After purchasing, you will receive instant access to your spreadsheet links through your order confirmation email. Simply click the link in the email and it will download your link file. Select the relevant link and make a copy in Google Sheets and start using your sheet!
Your spreadsheet links will be delivered immediately after purchasing.
This is a digital product; no physical items will be shipped.
If ypu have not received your download link or are having any issues, please contact us using the Contact form.
Can I download my link file again if I lose it?
Yes, you can find your files again through your order confirmation email.

Is this a one time payment or subscription?
Unless otherwise stated, all spreadsheet templates are sold as a one-time purchase with no recurring fees.
You can use your spreadsheet template for years to come!
Product Questions
What software do your spreadsheets work with?
Our templates are designed for Google Sheets only. If you choose to convert your template to Excel or another software, your spreadsheet may not be compatible with Excel. If you choose to convert or use this template in Excel, please be aware that any resulting errors or loss of functionality are your responsibility. We recommend using the template in Google Sheets for the best experience.
Are instructions included?
Yes, all templates include instructions on how to set up and use your spreadsheet.

Returns & Refunds
Do you offer refunds?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after purchasing your digital item to request a cancellation and refund.
To be eligible for a return, your digital product must not have been downloaded, streamed, or otherwise accessed. Once the download or streaming has started, you will no longer have the right to cancel under UK and EU consumer law, provided you gave your consent to immediate supply and acknowledged that you would lose your right to cancel.

What support do you provide?
Instructions are provided with your spreadsheet purchase, including common troubleshooting solutions if you are struggling to open your template.
If you have followed the instructions and common troubleshooting solutions, please reach out using the Contact form. We always aim to reply to your request within 24 hours, unless stated otherwise on our website.
Can I resell or distribute these spreadsheets?
No. Your purchase grants a personal or business-use license only. Templates may not be resold, redistributed, shared, or claimed as your own work.
