Refund policy

We sell digital products only. Because these are delivered electronically, there is nothing physical to return. Please ensure you follow any instructions provided with your product.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after purchasing your digital item to request a cancellation and refund.
To be eligible for a return, your digital product must not have been downloaded, streamed, or otherwise accessed. Once the download or streaming has started, you will no longer have the right to cancel under UK and EU consumer law, provided you gave your consent to immediate supply and acknowledged that you would lose your right to cancel.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@thatorganisedgirl.co.uk with your order number and proof of purchase.
Faulty or Defective Digital Products
Please check your order as soon as you receive access. Contact us immediately if the file is defective, corrupted, or not as described, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your digital product is faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed after purchase (unless faulty).

Custom digital items (such as personalised files or software with unique configurations).

Exchanges
Exchanges are not possible for digital products. If you need a different product, you will need to make a separate purchase.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
However, this right is lost once you start downloading or streaming the digital product if you gave your prior consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of your cancellation rights.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your request and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
